Meet Coach Michael, he’s called himself a runner since the age of 10 when he completed his first ‘run to the pier without stopping’. Now with personal best times of 15mins for 5km, 33mins 10km, 1hr12 half marathon and 2hr37 marathon, he’s competed at National Championships and has run most major fun run events in Australia.
His passion for running extended into coaching just after leaving high school and he has been building his experience ever since. Guiding the likes of weekend joggers, gym junkies, school athletes and AFL players, Michael has personally coached over 400 runners.
Coach Michael’s biggest thrill of coaching is helping people achieve something for the first time.
