Footy Player Programs
This is going to be the longest pre season you’ve ever had, so you don’t want to mess it up with repetitive injuries or waste it just because you can’t hit the gym. We’re sick of seeing people go about their running training the wrong way, so we want to help.
This offer is for anyone who has had their footy season cancelled and wants to go into the next season at their fittest.

The Clubroom Hero
Become the fittest you’ve ever been and show it by completing or running your fastest 5km, 10km or Half Marathon (you choose the distance). We know it’s pretty typical for a midfielder to run 15km+ in an AFL game, why not do it all at once.
Midfielder Endurance
Let’s get footy fit, an endurance focused program that will see you running a killer 3km time trial and beep test and more importantly, run out a game.
The Forward/Backman Speedster
A speed endurance program that will see you build fitness whilst working on the speed you need to break away from or chase your opponent.
